Hatha Yoga with Justine Farnworth

The surroundings at Quinta das Abelhas make for a unique outdoors yoga experience. Let me guide you on a mat through a one hour hatha yoga session - give me your wish list and I'll do my best to guide you to where you want to be! You'll be in safe hands because I'm a fully qualified yoga teacher trained through the prestigious Life Centre in London. I focus on alignment in postures making them accessible whatever your level and then use the breath to enhance the body-breath union (yoga translated means union). Without straining we practice to a level where you feel equally strong and flexible but here comes the best bit. At the end of the practice you spend time relaxing deeply to allow your body and mind to adjust. Bliss! Looking forward to seeing you on a mat soon.

Pamper Package with Ema Chisholm

Start with a soothing conditioning treatment & scalp massage to hydrate both scalp & hair. This will be left on throughout the treatment to achieve maximum benefits. Next you will receive a revitalizing mini facial. This will begin with a deep cleanse using heated mitts, then a face mask to suit your skin type will be applied and left for 10 minutes. This will then be removed and a toner lightly sprayed over the skin & finally an enriching moisturiser will be applied. To complete the top-to-toe pampering you will finish off with an express pedicure; toenails will be shaped and polished with a colour of your choice.

Relax & Re-Balance with Ema Chisholm

This package will leave you feeling completely relaxed & stress-free. Start by receiving Thermo Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling). The candles are long & cylindrical and they work by using the chimney principle. As the flame burns at the top it creates suction from the base that pulls up any excess wax or impurities. This suction helps to equalize pressure in and around the eardrum. Gentle heat from the ear candle stimulates lymphatic circulation, strengthens the immune system and stimulates energy points. Next you will receive a 50 minute Reiki session. Reiki is an extremely pleasant method of healing. It can support the bodies natural ability to heal itself, so if you if you have been feeling a bit down, stressed or you have injured yourself then this package is perfect for you! Reiki loosens up blocked energies, re-balances those energies & creates a state of total relaxation. A perfect way to end the day!
