A very special place for your honeymoon or handfasting

We'd be delighted and honoured to welcome you here for your commitment ceremony and/or honeymoon, and offer some extra-special packages for couples and parties. We're also happy to hear your own ideas and do our very best to meet your wishes to ensure your betrothal / honeymoon dreams come true!

Honeymoon Package

Stay in either the Mongolian Yurt or the Woodland Yurt for an unforgettable one-week romantic retreat - be serenaded to sleep by the nightingales, while you stargaze from your bed. Included in your Honeymoon Package is a bottle of Portuguese "champagne" on arrival, a romantic candle-lit dinner for two served at your yurt, breakfast in bed on your first morning, and 2 full-body holistic massages.
- Mongolian Yurt: 345 euros per week
- Woodland Yurt: 275 euros per week (please enquire for shorter stays).

Handfastings / Commitment Ceremonies

Kirsten (who with Matt, had their own handfasting in 2007) can conduct your ceremony, or you can invite your own officiant. We can accommodate an outdoor ceremony anytime during the summer months, although May is the most amazingly beautiful time of year here when all the wild flowers are blooming.

We can provide a buffet lunch/tea in shady, light and airy 5m circular spaces ('recycled' cotton yurt liners) and we can also accommodate your guests - in yurts (subject to availability) or camping here on the quinta, or can recommend a good selection of local accommodation (from yurts to manor houses!).

A lovely experience in beautiful surroundings.
